Product Overview
The DASH 5000 Assembly 12 Rear Housing with Bracket consists of a bracket, housing and fasteners. The bracket and housing are manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a precise fit for the cover as per the requirement. The products are made from high grade materials with good mechanical properties ensuring a long-life span for the components. All the parts in the assembly are free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect of the assembly. The screw is made of stainless steel, which offers high corrosion resistance. The finished surface went through alcohol rub test. A specific procedure is to be used for performing an alcohol rub test on a painted surface. The paint material, gloss value, and other finish specifications are defined.
